Some of the passages give me an "out" and realize that I shouldn't feel guilty for saying no or giving clear directions. The book explains how to deal with irrational behaviors while suppressing your anger. So far it is teaching me how to be fair to myself without feeling guilty.

This book is well written and really hit home for what exactly many of us go through and see the world through. Changes will not be easy, yet this book is a framework on a plan to start the changes.
