The results you can get from the program are incredible and, if you follow the Insanity Workout Schedule accordingly, you will not be disappointed.
The program below includes one workout per day for six days a week and one rest day each week. It is up to you what day you would like to begin on. Since the rest day is the last day of the week, time it accordingly so that the rest day falls on the day that you prefer not to have to work out.
