It is not a book to read casually. I would use it more as a reference book or to research foods. I read a lot of the book, but not all of it. I would rank Steven Pratt's Superfoods RX higher than this book mainly because Pratt's book is a little bit easier to read; however, they are good complimentary books. Check them both out.
