It appears that Outlook cannot open. Tow possibilities for this problem might be such: You have both Acrobat Reader also installed on your system. Adobe recommend that both product Reader and full Acrobat should not be on the same system. If this is the case for your system, you should uninstall Reader.
Another possibility is that something is wrong with you Acrobat installation.
